Art Studio Tour this weekend
The Western Loudoun Artists Studio Tour will take place June 21 and 22. Visitors will be able to talk to working artists and see their studios. More than 30 local artists, including painters, photographers and sculptors, are participating in the event.
There also will be demonstrations and exhibits, children's activities, and a silent auction.
Studio Tour hours:
June 21 - 10 to 5 p.m.
June 22 - Noon to 5 p.m.
There also is a Studio Tour Artists Group Exhibit featuring works by all of the tour artists from June 6 through June 22 at Round Hill Arts Center, 6 West Loudoun Street in Round Hill.
The Silent Auction takes place at Franklin Park Performing & Visual Arts Center, 36441 Blueridge View Lane, Purcellville, on June 21 from 7 to 9 p.m.
Tour booklets with maps will be available at sponsoring sites, tourist information outlets, online at www.wlast.org, or by calling 540-338-7973.
The Studio Tour is presented in cooperation with Franklin Park Arts Center, Round Hill Arts Center, and Friends of Franklin Park Arts Center.
